About Me
Hannah O'Brien
Nutritionist and Personal Trainer
I am very passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and health goals. I myself found it very hard to know where to start. There is so much contradicting information out there on nutrition and fitness, it is difficult to determine what is right for you.
Through my research and studies I realized that each person is unique in their own way and requires an individual approach that works for them. I love working with people and hearing their stories in order to help them find the best possible approach toward their goals.

I believe nutrition and fitness is a lifestyle. I researched the mediterranean diet throughout Greece and Spain and found that moderation is key. The small changes add up to an overall sustainable lifestyle change that can make the difference in living your best life. (It’s small changes that add up to a lifestyle change)

The most rewarding part about working with clients is seeing them realize they can change in a way they did not think was ever possible.
