This is a great healthy snack filled with protein and fiber to keep you going throughout the day
Ingredients:
1 can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
Olive oil cooking spray
Directions:
Drain and rinse chickpeas
Lay out a paper towel and evenly spread out the chickpeas. Let them dry out for about an hour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line a baking sheet with tin foil
Spread the chickpeas on the baking sheet
Bake for 35-45 minutes. Check after 35 minutes to see if they are crunchy, if they are not there yet, cook a little longer but make sure not to burn them
After they are done, transfer them to a bowl and spray with olive oil spray
Add sugar, cinnamon and salt and mix well
Then, Enjoy!
