High Protein Apple Pie Yogurt Parfait





Ingredients:

  • - Fage Nonfat Greek Yogurt (170 grams)

  • -1 Scoop Protein Powder (30g)

  • -Nature Valley Honey and Oats Protein Granola (20g)

  • -Sliced Apple (100g or 1/2 apple)

  • -Pumpkin Butter (30g)

  • -sugar free syrup (30g)

  • -sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Scoop yogurt in a bowl

  2. Mix it together really good with protein powder until dissolved.

  3. Top with granola

  4. Add apples, pumpkin butter, sugar free syrup and cinnamon on top

  5. Enjoy!
